Diversity Unity and Advancement (DUA) Foundation was born from a shared conviction that equity, opportunity, and community well being must be at the heart of development.
Inspired by the belief that true progress happens when diversity is celebrated and advancement reaches everyone, a group of social development practitioners, corporate leaders, and grassroots changemakers came together with a vision to build a foundation that not only serves communities but empowers them to lead their own transformation.
What started as a small, passionate effort to support underserved communities has, over the years, evolved into a sustainable institution committed to holistic, integrated development, one that bridges social and environmental priorities with dignity, sustainability, and measurable impact.
